Recipe Serves 4-6

Directions:

  1. In your food processor, combine the boiled chickpeas, roasted sesame seeds, chopped garlic, and water. Blend until a creamy, smooth texture is achieved.

  2. Introduce freshly squeezed lime juice and sprinkle in the rock salt as per your preference. Blend until all the ingredients are seamlessly integrated.

  3. Transfer the hummus into a serving dish and garnish with freshly chopped cilantro and olive oil. Enjoy!
