Take I-680 north through Pleasanton and exit at Bollinger Canyon Road in San Ramon; the clinic is at 401 Market Place. From the Mission San Jose district the freeway is only a few minutes away, and from near the Fremont BART station you reach it by Mission Boulevard. Plan on about 25 minutes outside rush hour.

Your 90 minutes with Preeti

The First Visit is a long, unhurried conversation about your health history, food, digestion, sleep and routine, with a look at your pulse and tongue. Preeti then writes your plan: what to eat, which herbs and oils to try, and what to change in your day. Come with your medication list and a record of what you eat.
