Dublin is about 12 minutes from Preeti Gupta's Ayurvedic clinic in San Ramon, and the first step costs nothing: a free 15-minute call where you tell Preeti what is going on and she tells you whether Ayurveda is a fit. If it is, the First Visit is $250 for 90 minutes and ends with a written diet, herbal and lifestyle plan.

Getting from Dublin to 401 Market Place

From Dublin Boulevard, take I-680 north to the Bollinger Canyon Road exit in San Ramon. The clinic is at 401 Market Place, and the drive is about 12 minutes. If you start near the Dublin/Pleasanton BART station, the route is the same freeway.

At the First Visit Preeti goes through your concerns, your routine, diet, digestion, exercise and sleep, takes a health history, and reads your pulse and tongue. You leave with a diet, herbal and lifestyle plan in writing. Bring a list of your medications and a record of what you eat and drink, with times.
