Ayurvedic consultation at Minute Wonder Ayurveda, San Ramon

How much does an Ayurvedic consultation cost in San Ramon?

The free 15-minute call costs nothing. The First Visit is $250 for 90 minutes, and each follow-up is $125 for 60 minutes. No insurance is accepted; HSA and FSA cards usually work, and you get a receipt. Full prices for every therapy are on the pricing page.

What happens on the free 15-minute call?

You say what is going on and what you have tried. Preeti tells you whether Ayurveda is a fit and what she would look at first. If it makes sense, you book a First Visit. There is no pitch.

What happens at the First Visit?

Preeti goes through your health concerns and symptoms in detail, then your daily routine, diet, digestion, exercise and sleep. She takes a full health history, reads your pulse, examines your skin and looks at your tongue. Together that shows your constitution and where it is out of balance, which is where she works on the root cause rather than the symptom.

What do I leave with?

A written diet, herbal and lifestyle plan you can start tomorrow. It can include Ayurvedic medicine in the form of herbal supplements, decoctions and oils, along with:

  • A customized diet plan

  • Self-care routines and seasonal guidelines

  • Gentle cleansing and natural detoxification

  • Recommendations for preventive health care in the Ayurvedic tradition

What should I prepare for the First Visit?

Write down your daily routine: wake-up time, oral hygiene, bowel movements, bathing, exercise, meditation or prayer, work and sleep, including daytime naps. Keep a food diary of everything you eat and drink, with times, and bring your list of medications. Finish this at least a day ahead, and avoid eating for one hour before you arrive.

What do people see an Ayurvedic doctor for?

The concerns Preeti works with, each with its own page:

What happens after the First Visit?

Follow-ups are 60 minutes at $125. Preeti checks how the plan is working and adjusts it. She suggests focusing on one or two imbalances at a time, starting with the ones that affect you most. Many clients feel a difference within the first few weeks, and lasting change usually comes over months. Bodywork such as Abhyanga or Shirodhara is added when it fits.
