Livermore is about 20 minutes from Preeti Gupta's Ayurvedic clinic in San Ramon, and you can get a feel for her approach before you drive with a free 15-minute call, where you describe your health and she says whether Ayurveda fits. After that the First Visit is $250 for 90 minutes.

Livermore to San Ramon by I-580 and I-680

Head west on I-580, then take I-680 north to the Bollinger Canyon Road exit in San Ramon. The clinic is at 401 Market Place, about 20 minutes from downtown Livermore near the Bankhead Theater.

Parking is free in The Marketplace lot.

Starting out from Livermore

Make the call. It takes 15 minutes, costs nothing and happens by phone. Preeti listens, asks a few questions and says what she would look at first.
Sit down for a First Visit. It runs 90 minutes and costs $250. She takes your history and writes a plan; follow-ups are $125.
Try Shirodhara or Abhyanga. Shirodhara, warm oil poured over the forehead, is $150 for 60 minutes. Abhyanga is $150 for 60 minutes or $200 for 90. Preeti confirms which suits you before you book.

What to expect at the First Visit

Preeti starts with what brought you in, then goes through your routine, meals, digestion, exercise and sleep. She reads your pulse and tongue, and you leave with diet, herbal and lifestyle advice in writing. Bring your medication list and a few days of food notes.
