I had come to Minute Wonder with a series of health issues including tendonitis pain in both knees and elbows, keratosis pilaris, constant stomach upset, insomnia, constant fatigue, eye irritation, and more. Conventional allopathic doctors were not able to identify the cause of all these issues, so in desperation, I looked to Ayurveda for help. Preetiji did a fantastic job of investigating my lifestyle/food choices and targeting which ones were causing the problems. She also recommended herbs that would speed up the healing. Now, 10 months later, all of these problems have reduced by 80% or been completely cured, and within a few additional months I’ll be fully healed. This has been quite a miraculous journey. These consultations, and Ayurveda more broadly, have showed me the utmost importance of food for maintaining a healthy body/mind. Thanks to Preetiji, I will finally be fully cured of all diseases for the first time in over a decade.

I was suffering from food allergies. I believe in Ayurveda a lot and wanted to treat myself without using allopathic medicine. I changed my routine and eating habits based on Preeti's advice on what to avoid and how to eat. And it was super helpful. The services provided by (Minutewonder) are excellent. My 9year old suddenly started developing allergies to different foods she's been eating all these years including milk. We took her to doctor and got allergy tests done, she was diagnosed allergic to many of them. We were completely lost, didn't know what to give her to eat as anything she eats, started giving her tummy aches. We decided to give Ayurvedic medicine a try, and that's how we met Ms. Preeti, she guided us so well, and gave us hope, positivity that we can come out of it. Changes in my kid's diet were difficult to do initially, but with the hope of getting better we followed Ms. Preeti' advice and it's been 2-3 months of her Ayurvedic treatment my daughter is getting back to normal self without tummy aches (touchwood), we all have hope that she will get completely better and is also on her journey to returning to regular milk as well.I can't thank Ms. Preeti enough to bring our life back on track with my daughter's health. I strongly recommend Minute Wonder Ayurveda to anyone looking for a healthy lifestyle. I had been suffering from my allergies for 5 years and had tried every possible treatment, but none of them provided me a long-term solution. Ayurveda helped me determine the root cause of the problem and understand my body much better. I am much more aware of the food items that are good for my body.

Preeti is wonderful! I’ve been dealing with back issues and chronic tennis elbow for a few years now. I’ve been doing different modalities to help with my chronic pain and being a former massage therapist, I was looking for a healing massage. I’ve been exposed to Auruveda therapy in the past and felt like my body was calling for it… not just massage but with herbs and diet as well. Long story short, I had my first Ayurvedic consultation about a month ago and today my first massage with steam. It was amazing! Preeti has a very nice touch and calm energy.
