The word Ayurveda is a Sanskrit word that evolves from combination of two words, ‘Ayuh’ meaning life and ‘veda’ meaning knowledge. Ayurveda literally translates as ‘Science of Life’ and teaches us to live in harmony with the basic laws of nature.
During your first consultation, we will discuss your health concerns and symptoms, as well as your detailed daily routine, diet, digestion, exercise, and sleep patterns. The objective of initial consultation is to get a complete picture of your unique body-type constitution and current state of imbalances through discussion, detailed health history, pulse, skin, and tongue diagnosis.
Since every person is considered a unique individual as per Ayurveda, every treatment plan is completely customized to each client’s individual needs and each individual will have unique results depending upon their commitment and personal traits.
