Minute Wonder
Our Message: Be the change to see the change.
About Us

Mission Statement

The mission of our program is to help individuals willing to take responsibility for their own lives and leading others by example to do the same. Our programs are based upon the principle that a person must bring change within one’s self before he or she can bring change to the outside world. Our goal is to empower people lead healthier lives by providing them with the information they need.

Minute Wonder was founded by Preeti Gupta, M.S. in March, 2010. My message "Be the Change to See the Change" says it all...How could I expect to move beyond my present circumstances unless I was ready to change? I learned that I had to become change before I could bring changes to my surroundings. I applied this new approach to my diet, health and family. The results were amazing–for me and my family.

My family started making better choices without having to make major changes in our lifestyles. Our two kids learned to make better decisions about what to eat–both at home and away. They even started choosing candy based on the ingredients, not appearance. Our friends and family members noticed the change and asked how we did it.

I am blessed to have the ability and experience to share with others what I have learned and practiced in my life. I encourage you to allow yourself to be a part of that change and see for yourself how it can change your life. Our program is going to benefit you and your loved ones for many years to come.

"It takes a lot of courage to release the familiar and seemingly secure, to embrace the new.
But there is no real security in what is no longer meaningful. There is more security in the
adventurous and exciting, for in movement there is life, and in change there is power."
